Now on its 18th year of bringing the latest vehicles from the world’s leading automotive companies, the recently concluded 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) was a huge success.

As before, it did not fail to impress and give auto enthusiasts and car buyers a world-class motor show.

This year's theme, "Shaping Mobility," highlights the crucial role of the automotive industry in improving private transportation and increasing mobility, not just in Metro Manila, but throughout the entire country.

As proof, there were 16 automotive car brands that showcased their latest offerings. What’s more, the crowd attendance grew 24 percent from last year, reaching a record-breaking 149,000 people during a span of four days.

“We attribute this to the growing demand for new vehicles this year and the easing of COVID-19 restrictions," said Jill Ang, managing director of Worldbex Services International, the long-time organizer of MIAS.

"Most importantly, we also attribute the show’s success to the support of the automotive industry making our 18th edition of the MIAS a wonderful success,” she added.

But it wasn’t all just about the latest cars. Also making up a huge part of the show is the huge aftermarket automotive parts section, where auto enthusiasts can get up close with all the latest car accessories and products.

As such, here’s a sampling of the latest aftermarket products ranging from car accessories to car parts and products during the four-day event.

The event gathered some of the most popular aftermarket parts companies known the world over, such as:

Microtex

Rays Wheels

Stanley

3M

Bosch

Seiken

Other established brands included Hankook Tires, Nitto Tires, Method Race Wheels, Car Care Products from Mothers and Meguiar’s.

There were also different lubricant companies and insurance companies, as well as a new line of paint protection films.

Based on the lavishly created displays with interesting products for every car owner, it was certainly a good sign that the automotive aftermarket industry is back on track and better than it ever was.
