The place for us to wait is alright. The usual unli free coffee or tea area. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi is acceptable. Service is fine starting from the receivers area and to the people working on your car. It's just they don't go the extra mile of service even if you're a frequent client.. Overall. Just fine.

Nice lounge. I would suggest that they have dedicated staff for tire vulcanizing or changing. Last time I was there, it took me more than 2 hours to have my tires changed because no one is available. Most of the peesonnel are doing major mechanical repairs.
