Nissan GT-R

Overview

The Nissan GT-R does look like it has a futuristic look and a sharp concept and looks luxurious. This latest car is claimed to be supported by the dynamic display and improving the car's gravity so that this four-wheeled variant remains comfortable even though it is launched at high speed. This is one of the advantages of the Nissan GT-R, which is a hot topic of discussion among luxury car collectors.

History

The Nissan GT-R is a sports car made by Nissan, released in Japan on December 6, 2007, the United States on July 7, 2008, and worldwide in March 2009. This car is the successor to the Skyline GT-R line. Between 1969 and 1974, and between 1989 and 2002, Nissan attempted to produce a higher-performance version of the Skyline line that would later be referred to as the Nissan Skyline GT-R. 

Just like the previous Skyline GTR, the Nissan GTR is a four-wheel drive sports car and uses a twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine, and the "blood" of the Skyline GTR is evident from the rounded taillight design. The Nissan GT-R was officially made available for the Philippine market in 2016, coming in base Premium and upper-spec NISMO variants. Although it has been placed in a separate model range, the GT-R retains the 'Godzilla' moniker of its predecessor, first used on the R32 Skyline GT-R.

Price

2022 Nissan GT-R coupe to have a starting price of approximately $115,000. That's a big chunk of change for a car wearing a mainstream Nissan badge.

Exterior

The Nissan GT-R car has a change when compared to the previous GT-R model, in the front headlamp which looks slimmer and branched to the side. For the GT-R's front bumper, airscoops are embedded on the right and left so that it looks more dynamic. The shape of the fenders and side kirts appear more aggressive and more attractive, while the rear spoiler looks longer, with a very attractive luxury car concept. Interior

The exterior design of the Nissan GT-R is very cool and modern, so what about the interior? if you look at the charming exterior, the interior of the Nissan GT-R is not much different. This makes the cabin appearance of the Nissan GT-R even more luxurious. Moreover, coupled with the color game in the cabin that combines shades of dark brown and black.

Dashboard

The new interior makes the Nissan GT-R's dashboard split in two with a leather layer on the bottom half that emphasizes the horizontal layout. While the 8-inch LCD screen located in the middle gets a control device that can tell all conditions as well as the entertainment system in the car. Round air-conditioning vents at the corners of the dashboard are combined with rectangular openings at the center stack, below which are switches for the dual-zone automatic climate control.

Comfort features

To support convenience, this car uses a backup camera that became a trademark of cars issued in 2018, which is handed over to the Nissan Connect system which is placed on an eight-inch touch screen above the center console. But you can also control the system via the buttons located next to your thigh. These menus give a new look to the Nissan GT-R. But overall, the graphics are clearly inferior when compared to its competitors in this segment.

Infotainment features

Located at the center of the dashboard is an 8-inch advanced touchscreen display audio featuring Bluetooth and USB connectivity as well as CD playback, connected to an 11-speaker Bose Premium Audio System. Apple CarPlay is still standard on every GT-R, but without Android Auto. In addition, Wi-Fi connectivity is also not available. GT-R is intended for those who like speed. Powertrain performance

Engine

Nissan GT-R is designed as a supercar that has a powerful engine. Just look at the engine used 3.8-liter Twin-turbocharged 24-valve V6. This Nissan GT-R engine already uses a turbo engine. So that the power generated will be many times greater than a regular engine. The Nissan GT-R engine can produce a maximum power of 565 PS at 6,800 rpm. While the peak torque is 467 Nm at 3,300 - 5,800 rpm. Not only that, the Nissan GT-R driver will also get a fairly fast engine speed, with a maximum speed of 7,100 rpm.

Transmission

Power from the engine is sent to all wheels via the same 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as the previous engine.

Riding & Control

Nissan GT-R will also be stable when used at high speeds. The reason is the use of front intakes, front, side and rear spoilers which are designed to be larger than the previous Nissan GT-R. And there is no doubt that the acceleration of this car is under three seconds, to be exact, 28 seconds. With a top speed of 315 km/h, imagine what it's like to take this car on a racing circuit and maximize its driving.
