From the oldest scooter manufacturer comes the newest adventure maxi scooter in the Philippine market, the Peugeot XP400.
Making its global debut in last year’s Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori (EICMA), the XP400 was finally launched locally at the Makina Moto Show held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
The XP400 offers the best of both worlds: the agility and speed of a motorcycle coupled with the comfort and versatility of a scooter.
It is powered by a 400cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 39 PS and 39 Nm of torque.
Edgy styling

The Peugeot XP400 boasts a quintessential adventure-scoot styling with sharp body paneling.
Some key features include dual front disc brakes with anti-lock, dual headlamps, a large windscreen, knuckle guards, a step-up seat, an upswept exhaust, an edgy tail lamp, and 17-inch front and 15-inch rear wheels.
It comes with a 5-inch TFT screen with turn-by-turn navigation, along with keyless operation, USB charging port and ample under-seat storage.
To ensure adequate comfort for both rider and pillion, the seat of the XP400 is also made long and wide.
