2023 Nissan Terra Sport launches with two variants and a ₱2,119,000 starting price

Nissan Philippines introduces a new variant of its popular SUV, the Nissan Terra. The new 2023 Nissan Terra Sport was built with excitement in mind and was designed for the adventurous heads of families that seek exciting experiences and adventures with their loved ones.

Blacked out exterior

Earlier, we reported that the new SUV variant would come with blacked-out elements. Our information was correct, as the Nissan Terra Sport has a reimagined exterior with black trims and a new black alloy wheel design that embodies the Terra Sport’s rugged look while maintaining a bold yet premium design.

The new SUV variant comes with Quad-LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, LED fog lights, LED signature tail lamps, a gloss black grille, and new front and rear bumpers with a black color under garnish.

Familiar yet premium interior

The Nissan Terra Sport carries over the regular SUV’s premium interior. It retains the Zero Gravity Seats for the driver seat and front passenger but now comes with a black leather interior with black accents inside the cabin.

It also has other features, such as an 8-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, a BOSE premium 8-speaker sound system, an 11-nch flip-down rear monitor, a 7-inch display meter with a drive computer display, dual-zone automatic climate controls, and a push-button engine start/stop system.

Nissan Intelligent Mobility

Like the other models in the Nissan Philippines lineup, the new Terra Sport also carries the brand’s Nissan Intelligent Mobility suite of safety features.

These features include:

  • Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection (IAVM)
  • Intelligent Rear View Mirror (IRVM)
  • Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (IFCW)
  • Intelligent Emergency Braking (IEB)
  • Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
  • Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)
  • Driver Attention Alert (DAA)
  • Blind Spot Warning (BSW)
  • Hill Start Assist (HSA)
  • Hill Descent Control (HDC)
  • Advanced Drive-Assist Display
  • Tire Pressure Monitoring System

As for its standard range of safety features, the new SUV variant gets:

  • SRS airbags for Driver, Front Passenger, Front Sides, and Curtain Shield
  • Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) with 4-Wheel Active Brake Limited Slip (ABLS)
  • Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) With Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA)
  • LED High Mount Stop Lamp
  • Anti-Theft System with Alarm and Engine Immobilizer
  • 4-Eye (Front and Rear) Parking Sensors

Competitive pricing and colors

The Nissan Terra Sport will slot in with the VL variants of the SUV. The VL variants are available to heed that call for those who want something classy with a bit of chrome. However, for those who want to get something a little more sporty, the new variant addresses that niche.

The Nissan Terra Sport is available in two variants:

  • Terra Sport 4x4 AT - Php 2,459,000
  • Terra Sport 4x2 AT - Php 2,119,000

It is also available in the following colors, Stealth Pearl Gray, Fiery Red, Aspen Pearl White, and Galaxy Black.

Does the new Nissan Terra Sport look cooler now with its new styling cues?
