FAST DEAL: With ₱80K discount, Kia K2500 4x4 could be your next reliable light-duty truck

Kia Philippines gives you several reasons to choose the Kia K2500 (Specs | News) 4x4 as your next light-duty truck.

The South Korean automaker understands that the roads of the Philippines aren’t the best, and it recognizes that business owners need a vehicle that can handle almost anything.

Kia Kargado Karavan

Kia Philippines now has great deals for the K2500 as part of its Kia Kargado Karavan. Customers can avail of the following at the event:

  • Cash discounts of up to ₱80,000
  • 20% downpayment option when financing is availed from bank partners Bank of the Philippine Islands, China Bank Savings, or Philippine National Bank
  •  Blaupunkt safety and security packagesa
  • Caltex fuel cards.

The Kargado Karavan is held at the following locations starting March 10 up to 31: Alabang, Ortigas, New Manila, Sta. Rosa in Laguna, Sto. Tomas in Batangas,  Pampanga, Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao.

Go almost anywhere

Having the ability to go almost anywhere with ease is what the Kia K2500 delivers, as it is the only light truck in the Philippine market equipped with a 4x4 drivetrain straight from the showroom floor.

The 4x4 drivetrain gives you maximum traction despite drastic weather and road conditions changes, along with the ability to take on any unforeseen challenges—even after the paved road ends.

To add to its off-road prowess, the Kia 2500 4x4 also has one of the highest ground clearances in its segment, with 200 mm available.

Powerful turbo diesel engine

According to Kia Philippines, the K2500 also wears the crown for being one of the most powerful vehicles in its class. Under the cab is a 2.5-liter CRDi turbodiesel that delivers 130 PS at 3,800 rpm and 255Nm of torque from 1,500 rpm to 3,500 rpm.

Power is sent to all-four wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission for better fuel efficiency and flexibility, whether on the open road or while navigating gridlock in urbanized areas.

For safety, the Kia 2500 is also equipped with a Load-Sensing Proportioning Valve (LSPV), which regulates hydraulic pressure to the rear brakes depending on the payload. The feature allows the vehicle to stop safely with or without a heavy load.

A flexible platform

The Kia 2500 offers a flexible platform that can be adjusted to fit your business needs. The light-duty truck available from all Kia dealerships is the 4x2 and 4x4 Single Cab and Chassis and 4x4 Single and Double Cab Dropside. Single-cab variants can seat three adults, while double-cab versions can seat six.

Aside from this, the truck also has a 1,353 kg payload capacity for its single-cab variant and a 1,204 kg payload capacity for the double-cab variant.

The K2500 4x4 single-cab closed-van ‘Kargo’ configuration with a maximum payload capacity of 953kg can haul huge volumes. For example, its 5.52 ft height by 5.71 ft width by 10 ft length can easily accommodate 64 45-liter cool boxes.

On the other hand, the double-cab drop-side variant has a 1,204 kg maximum payload capacity that can carry 20 crates. There is also an option for a refrigerated van configuration that can handle 92 containers.

Excellent warranty and parts availability

The Kia K2500 has a 3-Year/110,000kms warranty and 3-year free 24/7 Roadside Assistance. It also has a low cost of maintenance to help businesses maximize profits. And in case of untoward incidents, Kia has a large stock of readily available parts and a nationwide network of service centers ready to serve. This kind of dealership support will significantly reduce any potential downtime.
