When you want to see, buy or service a Lexus, many head to the luxury brand’s iconic showroom, nestled in its own enclave in the posh Bonifacio Global City (BGC) business district.

Since 2009, Lexus Manila has held a special spot on 34th Street, giving passers-by great views of its latest models and a calming space for visitors.

But now, the Japanese carmaker is setting up a new and larger showroom, still located within BGC.

Lexus announced in an April 2023 press statement that it has conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for its new dealership, which will rise on 8th Avenue in BGC’s Grand Central Park.

This is about a five-minute walk from the current dealership and is located at a development of Federal Land that emphasizes Japanese artistry.

This comes after Lexus opened a showroom in the high-end Mitsukoshi mall, also in BGC, on January 2023.

The company said like the Mitsukoshi BGC dealer, the new showroom’s facade follows the Lexus L-Finesse philosophy.

This draws heavily on the “deeply rooted principles of Japanese hospitality and aesthetics, while simultaneously having the ability to expand into a highly dynamic, evolving concept.”

The design will be formal and minimalist with horizontal and clean lines, with the ground-floor area where the main showroom is located getting full-height curtain wall glazing, accentuated by wood-finished elements.

Lexus Manila said the new showroom is expected to open by the first half of 2024.
