Customer service has been thrust into the spotlight with the recent events from a Chinese automaker coming onto social media and making waves. To reassure future and current customers, other brands are stepping up to the plate to ensure that their customer and aftersales services are top-notch.

One of these brands is Jetour Philippines, which recently launched its customer service hotline and chatbot service.

Meet Kendee the new brand mascot

The brand says the move was made to ensure customer engagement is fun, efficient, and informative. Aside from this, the automaker has also introduced its new mascot, Kendee, based on the Jetour Ice Cream EV

Kendee is Jetour’s official chatbot, which will answer customer inquiries through its official Facebook page and Messenger. It will also answer questions on other social media pages like Instagram. Kendee will address the following:

  • Aftersales Advisories

The brand mascot will also reach out to Jetour customers and share information about the brand and its products by sharing the following;

Jetour says it is a creative initiative that aims to provide a comprehensive support system for curious customers, who often have many questions about the brand, its vehicles, and services.

Aside from the new chatbot/mascot, Jetour Philippines has also opened a unique customer hotline assistance number (0917-5-JETOUR) for those who want a more personal touch with a person to talk to. It's another strategic step for the brand to promptly, efficiently, and comprehensively address inquiries.

The hotline is also open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  For weekends and holidays, customers can leave a message. They can expect a prompt response on the next business day.
