Toyota Camry Offers Nothing Other Than Luxurious Travels: An Overview of Toyota Camry’s Features

Since 1982, giant automaker Toyota has been manufacturing its premium mid-size sedan segment Toyota Camry. In other countries like Australia and Japan, the Camry was also called Toyota Vista, Toyota Scepter, Toyota Vienta, Toyota Aurion, Diahatsu Altis, and Holden Apollo. Toyota Camry 2022 is being sold in the Philippines at Php2,335,000 and is available in the country in one variant – the 2022 Camry Hybrid 2.5 V HEV. You can choose from its three premium colors – Platinum White Pearl Mica, Metal Stream Metallic, and Attitude Black Mica.

Exterior

Putting up the Camry’s whole exterior appearance are its LED daytime running lights, headlamp leveling device, LED headlights, black wide lower grille, upper grilles, dominant taillights, Hybrid badging, dual exhaust tailpipe with diffuser, 235/45R18 tires, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Interior

The Camry can seat up to five full-grown adults. Its seats come in a black sleek theme. Expect driving comfort with an eight-point power-adjustable driver’s seat. And its cushion has lumbar support with memory foam to provide the utmost driving experience.

Hybrid Performance

 The eighth generation of the Toyota Camry arises on Toyota’s GA-K (New Global Architecture) platform. Layout in a front-engine and is a front-wheel-drive sedan. Generating this car is a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder Inline gasoline-electric hybrid engine that produces 175 horsepower and 221 Nm of torque. This mid-size sedan is available in automatic transmission (CVT) only. Its suspension comes with a MacPherson strut with double wishbone, front, and rear suspension stabilizers. The handling of the Toyota Camry would not be a problem with its 6-speed transmission as it would decelerate when requested.

Advancements

Toyota Camry is furnished with advanced technology features including a head-up display (HUD), a 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch information display, a push-to-start button, and smart entry. The Camry also comes with electric vehicle mode which supports pure electric power driving. As well as three-zone climate control, onboard wireless charging, automatic headlights, speed-sensing door locks, distinct driving modes, and follow-me-home functions are present in the Toyota Camry.

Safety

The eighth generation of the Toyota Camry has a remarkable 5-star ASEAN NCAP rating. Its safety has been reliable with its Toyota Safety Sense (TSS). This includes a recollision system, dynamic radar cruise control, lane tracing assist, automatic high beam, lane departure alert, five SRS airbags, blind-spot monitor, ABS with EBD, rear cross-traffic alert, vehicle stability control, ISOFIX tethers, hill-start assist control, LED high mount stop lamp, eight clearance and back sonars, theft alarm, emergency brake signal, panoramic-view camera, and Toyota Vehicle Security System (TVSS).
