Just one night's sleep separates us from the unveiling of an all-new small crossover from Honda. Tomorrow, November 2nd, the digital camouflage of the Honda SUV RS concept will be unraveled, and the production version of what is believed to be the next-generation Honda WR-V in that market will be introduced. 

The Honda WR-V nameplate isn't exactly new for markets such as Indonesia and India. In those countries, the WR-V is a hopped-up previous-generation Honda Jazz GK5. For the 2023 model, the design seems to bear a closer resemblance to the upcoming Honda HR-V. So we might get a similar chrome-studded grille found on the larger crossover.

What's interesting, though, is that based on a camouflaged production unit that went on a display tour in Indonesia, this will be longer than the average small SUV. Our colleagues from Autofun Indonesia manually measured the display vehicle and found it had a length of 4,200 mm. They also measured the width of the SUV RS concept car, and it came out to 1,800mm. 

So expect to see a small SUV slightly longer than the Honda Jazz but shorter than a Brio or City Hatchback. It will also be longer than the Toyota Raize, which we believe will be the main competition of the WR-V.

Reports from Autofun Indonesia also claim that the all-new Honda WR-V will have a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and Honda Sensing safety features.
