Sophistication. There are people who aim to achieve this because it matches their lifestyle. It is a matter of choice as there is a certain level of intricacy involved in attaining it. And because a certain air of sophistication comes at a price, people assume that being sophisticated entails significant spending. 

When you go out shopping, you go to a store where you know your money would be enough. You wouldn't expect to get something from Chanel if you knew your money was just enough for the 'ukay-ukay'. The same logic applies to choosing a car.

Some people settle for second-hand vehicles, some go for brand new, and some don't mind additional features as long as it takes them from point A to point B. And some have the means to express themselves at a higher level.  That is why accomplished people opt for a car with premium features like the 2022 Honda Accord.

While competitor models highlight added features and aggressive looks, the Honda Accord projects an overall sophistication fit for an elite consumer.  Its modern and distinctive exteriors speak to a car buyer who values a sophisticated and dynamic vibe.

There are several black trim details on the outside and pronounced character lines. The whole shape of the car delivers a commanding presence worthy of an executive on the go. In terms of performance, it comes with the same Earth Dreams Technology 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo engine as the Honda Civic but differs in output. With 190 ps and 260Nm of power and torque at the driver's disposal and a CVT automatic to boot, the Accord is more than capable to deliver a smooth and purposeful drive.

Along with its Honda Sensing suite of safety technologies such as Collision Mitigating Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-speed Follow, Lane Keep Assist, Road Departure Mitigation, Forward Collision Warning, and Lane Departure Warning, the Honda Accord makes for a safe and secure executive sedan.

Overall, at a price tag near double the SRP of other C-segment sedan models, is it worth moving up and choosing a larger, more sophisticated Honda Accord instead? Well, it varies from different people's perspectives. But for me, sadly, I don't see its special features are worth the extra price being asked.
