The 4S1M Evo Yamaha Racing Team has secured their first podium win in race 1 of the UB150 Idemitsu FIM Asia Road Racing Championship held at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia.

The team's rider, Gupita Kresna, demonstrated exceptional skills on the track, earning him a well-deserved 3rd-place podium win.

However, the team suffered a big blow when their rider, JE Inguito, was caught in a last-lap collision of riders in race 1 and suffered technical issues during race 2.

Despite this setback, JE and the team remain determined to bounce back and continue pursuing success in the series. The 4S1M Evo Yamaha Racing Team is committed to maintaining their momentum in round 3 which will be held in Japan on June 24-25, 2023.

The entire team was nevertheless thrilled and overjoyed by this much-needed achievement of Kresna, especially since fellow racers from UMA Racing MMR Yamaha Philippines Team have been experiencing some setbacks since round 1 in Thailand.
