Triumph Motorcycles Philippines recently held the public debut of the all-new Tiger 1200 Rally Pro and Rally Explorer at the Motul Splenduro Asia Pacific Hard Enduro Championship at Splendido, Tagaytay City.
In 2022, Triumph Motorcycles celebrates its 120-year anniversary. The British brand has a storied history and heritage, greatly defined by adventure—the unquenchable thirst for exploration and discovery that underlies the development of its motorcycles. This year was also when the new-generation Tiger 1200 was released worldwide to universally stellar reviews.
Back in May, they introduced the road-biased Tiger 1200 GT Pro and Tiger 1200 GT Explorer to the Philippine market as formidable adventure bikes specialized in premium, long-distance touring. Now, Triumph is announcing the arrival of the most versatile, highest-spec, and all-terrain Tiger 1200 Rally Pro and Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer. It was at Splenduro where these top-of-the-line ADV bikes made an appearance outside the showroom.
The Tiger 1200 Rally variants boasts of the most complete equipment and technology packages right out of the factory. With their luxe comfort, 50+ genuine accessories, intuitive ergonomics, exciting in-line triple engines, high-tech features, off-road dedicated suspension and spoked (tubeless) wheels, and Triumph’s signature phenomenal handling, the Tiger 1200 Rally Pro and Rally Explorer are ready to serve and impress adventure-hungry riders in the Philippines.
The Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer gets you places.
The result of one of the most ambitious projects in Triumph’s history, the all-new Tiger 1200 line-up represents a transformation in weight, performance and capability, all focused on delivering every advantage a rider is looking for in their adventure motorcycle.
Building on the previous generation’s strengths, including its practical shaft drive set-up and its great long-distance comfort, plus the triple engine platform which suits touring so well, the new Tiger line-up introduces a new generation of T-plane triple engine, lightweight chassis and advanced technology - all focused on delivering the most agile and capable large capacity adventure motorcycle you can buy.
With all-new names to reflect the new capability, each Tiger 1200 model is now more tailored and focused to suit the adventures that different riders want.
The new road-focused GT Pro comes with cast wheels, 19” on the front and 18” on the rear, plus all-new Showa semi-active suspension, tuned to deliver the ultimate road-focused adventure ride.
With the new Rally Pro, this brings for the first time a dedicated 21” front and 18” rear tubeless wire-spoked wheel set-up, plus the new Showa semi-active suspension with even longer travel (20 mm more), tuned to deliver the ultimate in all-terrain riding, off-road and on.
The Triump Tiger 1200 Rally Pro in its element.
For the first time, Triumph introduces two new 30-liter tank Tigers, with the new Rally Explorer and the GT Explorer. Both featuring the new Triumph Blind Spot Radar system, these bikes are built to travel the world in comfort and style, with the highest level of specification and capability ever.
Triumph Motorcycles Philippines invites all experienced and aspiring ADV riders to view their sophisticated, strong Adventure lineup and test the Tiger Sport 660, Tiger 900, and Tiger 1200 platforms at their main showroom along Ortigas Avenue in Greenhills.
