With their One Honda Road Safety campaign, the Honda Safety Driving Center (HSDC) aims to help reduce traffic accidents in the country. As a driver training facility, HSDC believes that road safety training is for everyone and it goes beyond any affiliation or brand, despite what the campaign/institution name might suggest. HSDC welcomes participants from all institutions and corporations to train and join their advocacy on road safety. One such company recently accepted HSDC’s invitation.
The Autohub Group of companies, through its subsidiary Autohub Institute of Technology (AIT), seals a partnership with HSDC to create a training program that will cater to their customers. The Autohub Group is the Philippine distributor of Triumph Motorcycles and Vespa Scooters, among other automotive brands.
“As a novice motorcycle rider myself, I am well aware of the importance of road safety, and when it comes to this, there should be no compromise. It is why the Autohub Group made the decision to work with HSDC because they are the best training institution in the country”, said Willy Tee Ten.
“This program with Autohub Group is definitely a big boost in our campaign to help promote road safety. If we could have more corporate accounts engaged in this kind of program through the Autohub initiative, through their network of dealers and partners, it will create a ripple effect in the minds of road users. Aside from this motorcycle training program, we are also in the final stages of creating a special program for one of Autohub’s automotive brand dealerships”, shares Lomibao.
HSDC currently has more than 100 corporate accounts partners engaged in similar training programs with them. This includes programs with industrial parks, government agencies, academic institutions, and media companies.
