There are many car models available in the market today. Each with its own peculiarities and unique selling proposition. While the more expensive models are not up my alley, I do know there are reasons why some cars are priced higher than others. And while they all basically take people from point A to B, premium models like the Toyota Camry Hybrid can either be a value for money proposition, or an unwise purchase.
But as I began to understand what made each car worth its price tag, it dawned upon me that not all cars are equal. There is something special in every car that entitles them to their price. And it's not just because car companies want to charge more, but because these cars can actually give more.
I was too naive back then to judge and close my doors to the Toyota Camry. Back then, I would never think of getting one. But now I haven't stopped checking it out, especially this year. For 2022, the Toyota Camry just got a lot more interesting as this premium sedan is now a hybrid. With this engine-electric motor and battery combination, fuel economy would be lovely, that’s for sure. In fact, it can cruise around 21 kilometers per liter on a combined highway and city drive, which is phenomenal for an executive sedan.
The Toyota Camry may be more expensive than other sedan options, but it will save you on fuel costs in the long run. And to think its new hybrid system is just the icing on top of its premium build, comfortable cabin, and sophisticated features. All these make Toyota's flagship sedan worth its price. I think the 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid is not just for the elite, but more, for the wise.
