Try out a Hyundai Creta and get the chance to watch a FIFA World Cup match in Qatar

If you're a huge soccer fan who's also interested in trying out the eye-catching Hyundai Creta, pay attention!

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPI) announced in a press statement that it will give two lucky winners (with one companion each) an all-expense-trip to Doha, Qatar, to watch the Category 1 stage of the FIFA World Cup Tournament under its FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Test Drive Promo.

This includes a four-day stay at a five-star hotel and a tour of Qatar City. The winners will also join 200 other participants from around the globe at a welcome lunch hosted by Hyundai Motor Company.

All you need to do is book a test drive of the Creta at any Hyundai Philippines dealership by Sept. 30, 2022.

To qualify for the raffle, you must register at the Hyundai Philippines' official online registration page after your test drive. The Korean carmaker will then send an online coupon via email that will serve as your raffle entry.

Only one coupon will be given to each individual, regardless of how many test drives you do. The official draw will take place on Oct. 3, 2022.

Hyundai's subcompact crossover contender

The Creta is a B-segment crossover that debuted on June 2022 at the launch of HMPI, which took over all Philippine operations of Hyundai Motor Company.

It serves as one of the firm's opening salvos, which also include the new Tucson compact crossover, the Santa Fe seven-seat SUV, the Staria van, and the Palisade luxury SUV.

The Creta features a “Parametric Jewel” front grille with integrated daytime running lights for a more striking nose. Its slab sides have tall shoulder lines that lead the eyes to the boomerang-shaped LED rear taillights.

It is powered by a 1.5-liter, twin-cam, 16-valve inline-4 with 115 ps and 144 Nm of torque. The Creta is available with either a 6-speed manual or continuously variable transmission.

The crossover also comes standard with Hyundai SmartSense, which includes lane keeping assist, forward collision avoidance assist and blind-spot collision avoidance assist.

FIFA partner for more than 20 years

The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Test Drive Promo is part of the Hyundai Motor Company's “Goal of the Century,” which aims to neutralize the carmaker's CO2 emissions at all stages of production and operation by the year 2045.

Hyundai Motor Company has been an automotive provider and sponsor of FIFA since 1999. The firm will provide a fleet comprising the IONIQ 5 electric vehicle, the Santa Fe Hybrid, and the Elec City Bus to transport national team players, VIPs, and event officials.
