Bigger than ever
Like its predecessor, the all-new Trax is a turbocharged crossover that is manufactured in General Motors’ plant in South Korea.
However, this latest iteration is considerably larger. Classified as a compact crossover, the Trax now goes up against the all-new Ford Territory, along with established names like the Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5 and Toyota RAV4.
Under the hood is a turbocharged 1.2-liter, twin-cam, 12-valve inline-3 gasoline engine producing 139 PS and 220 Nm of torque. This is mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Three Trax variants are available at the following prices:
LT – ₱1,793,888
Redline – ₱1,866,888
RS – ₱1,948,888
Whichever Trax you choose, all models come standard with Advanced Safety and Driver Assistance Systems. These include features like Lane Keep Assist, Low Speed Imminent Collision Brake, Enhanced Front Pedestrian Detection and Rollover Mitigation.
Which mall would you visit to see the 2024 Chevrolet Trax?
