Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH) is strengthening its foothold in the country with an ambitious new venture as it officially breaks ground for Hyundai Marilao.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on July 28, began a promising collaboration between Hyundai and the ANC+ Group of Companies (ANC).
Executives from both HMPH and ANC gathered to celebrate this significant occasion. Among the attendees were Dongwook Lee, President of HMPH; Cecil Capacete, Managing Director of HMPH; Anthony Cheng, President and Chairman of ANC; Dr. Mike Tan, Executive Vice President of ANC; Minnie Valencia-Bustamante, Managing Director of ANC; and Timothy Cheng, Vice Chairman of ANC.
In his welcoming remarks, Lee expressed his enthusiasm: "We are delighted to not only welcome the city of Marilao to our growing roster of dealerships but also to extend our network with the ANC+ Group of Companies. Hyundai Motor is committed to contributing to the progress of Bulacan province through innovative and sustainable products, spaces, and services. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with ANC on this endeavor."
Hyundai's dedication to addressing the evolving needs of residents and businesses in Bulacan, a fast-growing commercial and economic center north of Metro Manila, is evident through this pioneering initiative.
ANC's commitment to bolstering HMPH's growth was further underscored by signing a contract for their forthcoming outlet in Abad Santos. The new outlet, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2024, demonstrates ANC's continued support for Hyundai's expansion.
The ANC Group of Companies now counts Hyundai as one of the ten car brands it is a dealer of. The other nine include Ford, Geely, Honda, Kia, MazdaMG, Peugeot, Suzuki, and Volvo.
