Hyundai Philippines is a co-presenter of the 2023 Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Passionfest. The event is held from November 25 to 26 and is an outdoor celebration of fun, games, art, and culture. The unique festival returns after four years with a glocal theme, a nod to the area's citizens.
The weekend celebration will see significant areas of Bonifacio High Street dressed up for the occasion with special activities that the South Korean automaker will be part of. At 5th Avenue, visitors will experience the brand’s variety of intelligent and sustainable models first-hand.
Hyundai’s latest local models will be displayed there, such as the recently launched Hyundai Custin. It will also be supported by the brand’s local lineup, such as the Creta, Tucson, and Staria, which now has a 9-seater variant. Aside from this, they will also be joined by the brand’s two World Car of the Year winners, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the Hyundai Ioniq 6.
Furthermore, at the 30th Street East Open Parking Lot, the brand has set up shop for its Grand Before Service Activity. Regardless of brand, all vehicle owners can drop by and get a free 23-point car checkup with vehicle disinfection care of Bactakleen. They can also get Php 500 worth of Shell fuel vouchers and a limited-edition Hyundai branded tumbler can also be claimed.
“We are looking forward to this opportunity to be supporting BGC with the resumption of its annual Passionfest. As part of the world’s third-largest automaker, we make it a point to search for ways on how we can better connect with our market. And this fiesta right here at our local home in BGC, is an opportune way to converse and get to know more about our Filipino customers. Because at the end of the day, we will really only be able to impart our vision of progress for humanity, once we are immersed unto the community whom we wish to serve and provide innovative mobility solutions to,” according to Mr. Dongwook Lee, President of HMPH.
During the opening day, a Passion Parade shall take place from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. The convoy, which starts at 9th Avenue, includes a Hyundai fleet that cannot be missed. It ends at 5th Avenue, where the Music Festival will happen from 7:00 to 9:00, featuring performances from DJ Honey and The Diegos.
