Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) has just announced that it will hold its 60th Anniversary Expo this coming August 10 to 13, 2023, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, and admission will be free!
Five years since MMPC organized a similar event, the 4-day exposition will feature car displays and daily performances and activities for families to enjoy.
If you missed seeing the XFC Concept at Newport Mall last June, fret not, as the Japanese carmaker has said it will again be the star of the show this August.

The XFC Concept is the basis of the soon-to-be-launched all-new crossover from Mitsubishi. Coincidentally, the global launch of the new ASEAN-focused crossover will also happen on August 11, 2023, at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show.
What Mitsubishi will call the all-new crossover is still up in the air, but our money is with the name XFORCE because of all the clues thrown in the model's latest teaser.

But wait, there's more
Sharing the limelight is the Mitsubishi XRT Concept which was also showcased at the Bangkok International Motor Show last March.
The concept pickup is the basis of the next-generation Mitsubishi Triton, which would have also been unveiled in Bangkok by July 26th. At least we'll get some styling cues from the concept truck as we look at it in person.

Aside from these two concept cars, Mitsubishi will likely have throwback displays of its popular models over the last few decades. There will also be technology displays, test drives of current Mitsubishi models, and on-site checkups for privately-owned Mitsubishi vehicles. Car displays by Mitsubishi owner clubs will also be set up along with regional products on sale at the venue.
Pocket concerts and live performances by rising and renowned local artists are also in the pipeline.
So mark your calendars, folks. This looks like a big bash from the country's longest-staying car brand.
